September 19, 2012. Madonna de Guzman (Malou de Guzman) recently found the postive result pregnancy test and confronted Veronica Salvacion (Andi Eigenmann) about it. Veronica, on the other hand, did not deny the truth about her pregnancy and informed Madonna that Rafael de Guzman (Jake Cuenca) is the father of her baby. Although Madonna loves Veronica like her own niece, Madonna got so angry at Veronica because of her selfishness. Meanwhile, in Macau, Andrea San Jose (Iza Calzado) was on her way to shop for her foster family in the Philippines. When Andrea was on her way to shop, Miguel de Guzman (Gabby Concepcion) approached her and offered to go with her shopping. Later that time, Andrea and Miguel went shopping and had fun together. After Miguel and Andrea shopped for their loved ones, Miguel brought Andrea to an elegant restaurant. Andrea was very amused by the elegant restaurant and expressed how thankful she is to Miguel. After awhile, Andrea shared a little of her life experience, working in Macau and how she sacrificed for her foster family. Miguel, on the other hand, just stared at Andrea and realized how lucky Rafael would be if Andrea was his wife. Later that time, when Miguel was on his hotel room, he received a call from Madonna and knew that Veronica is pregnant. Concurrently, Rafael already found the ultrasound results given by Veronica back at the office. Rafael then hurriedly called Veronica and asked to see him immediately. After awhile, Veronica arrived at Rafael's condominium wherein Rafael confronted Veronica about the ultrasound results.
