The controversial pop singer pulled down her outfit on purpose and showed her nipple to over 55,000 concert-goers.
The incident happened over the weekend at Madonna's MDNA tour concert in Istanbul, Turkey.
MDNA is the twelfth studio album by the Interscope, Live Nation recording artist and basically stands for a short sounding of her name MA-DONN-A.
Anyway, the singer, at the concert, can be seen in video singing her song 'Human Nature' when she pulled down her top, showed her right nipple to the crowd, then turned around revealing a tattoo saying "No Fear."
