Madonna, don't preach?
Over the weekend, pop superstar Madonna shocked everyone when she deliberately flashed her right nipple during a concert performance, in Istanbul, Turkey.
Well, now, the 53-year-old singer — who is prone to controversy — appears to be eating her words, thanks to footage that has surfaced from a pre-Super Bowl interview she gave in January, in which she criticized Janet Jackson's now-infamous "wardrobe malfunction," in 2004.
"You don't have to show nipples to be interesting," she said, in the video below. "It doesn't necessarily mean you're cutting edge if you do, right?"

Since the big reveal, Madonna has received her own set of criticisms, from both high-profile media figures and fans.
On his radio show Monday morning, America's Got Talent judge Howard Stern blasted Madonna's stunt, and even went as far as to call the Material Girl singer "desperate."
This is just the latest controversy to come out of Madonna's worldwide summer tour. Last week, the singer projected a swastika on the face of right-wing French politican Marine Le Pen. Le Pen later snapped back at Madonna, saying, "We understand how old singers who need to get people talking about them go to such extremes."
