Madonna's NYC Apartment Stalker Gets Weapons Charges ...

Madonna Apartment Stalker Weapon Charge Dropped

Uh oh… we don’t think the queen will be too happy to hear this!

Back in May, we told you about an alleged stalker of Madonna’s, who, back in 2010, sent her Madgesty some SUPER creepy love notes outside her NYC apartment!

Robert Linhart, a former firefighter, reportedly parked outside Madge’s Central Park West pad and spray-painted love notes with messages reading:

"Madonna, I need you. Tell me yes or no. If it's yes, my dream will come true. If it's no, I will go."

While Linhart faced charges of criminal mischief, graffiti and possession of a weapon, it seems a NYC judge has just DISMISSED the weapons charge!

It was initially reported that Robert supposedly had an ice pick while he was outside Madonna’s house and his charge for resisting arrest is still currently pending.

Though Robert maintains his innocence, he better stay far, far away from our Material Girl!
