You already know where Madonna and her family are spending their Summer holidays this year thanks to multiple posts and videos on Rocco (and Madonna herself)'s social media outlets, but today it is a French newspaper to bring more tidbits and images about what the Queen of Pop has been up to last night.As Nice Matin reports, Madonna made a surprise appeareance at the recital by her longtime friends, Katia and Marielle Labèque at the classic music festival in Menton, South of France, last night.
She was joined by Brahim Zaibat and Festival de Menton's artistic director Paul-Emmanuel Thomas, dressed in a black polka dots do, and was cheered by the audience when she arrived at the venue, the newspaper reports.
The concert took place on the parvis of the Saint Michel Archange basilica, so it should not come as a surprise that Madonna posted a picture of the historical church on her Instagram last night with the following caption:
"In The Church of St. Michael. Art History Spirituality! Find GOD where you can."
