*If you are still catching up on AMC’s “Breaking Bad” on Netflix, be aware this article contains spoilers*
It doesn’t happen often that a massively successful show can wrap up with a series finale that is accepted by the fan base without vitriol (hello, “Lost”!). But “Breaking Bad” seemed to buck the trend with Bryan Cranston’s Walter White laying on the ground of a meth lab awaiting death while Aaron Paul’s Jesse drove away to freedom.
But, wait… was Heisenberg ACTUALLY dead? Cranston wouldn’t say as much in an interview with CNN’s Ashleigh Banfield on Thursday night.
“Hey, you never saw bags zip up or anything,” the actor said with a smile. “I don’t know (if he’s dead).”
Banfield asked if there could be a movie or if we’d see Walter White ever again.
“Never say never,” was the response that immediately had the internet buzzing.
Could we possibly see someone saying his name again?! Maybe just a walk on in a Walt Jr. series about the best breakfasts in Albuquerque?
