Karisma Kapoor and her husband Sanjay Kapur have decided file for divorce by mutual consent.
According to a report by Mumbai Mirror, Karisma was spotted at the Bandra Family Court on May 22. After a court hearing, the estranged couple decided to mutually settle their differences, including the custody of their kids, Samaira and Kiaan.
Mirror reports that the actress has given Sanjay controlled access to the kids.
Lawyers of both the parties have not shared any details about the case.
The couple, who tied the knot in 2003, welcomed Samaira in 2005 and Kiaan was born in 2010.
Karisma moved back to Mumbai soon after Kiaan was born and since then rumours about the couple’s troubled marriage has been making rounds.
