Have you confessed?
Last week I did a shoot inspired by Madonna's "MDNA" tour and album. Going back in chronological order, my next favorite era for hair and makeup would be the "Confessions" era. With the release of "Confessions on a Dance Floor" as well as her "Confessions Tour", I really loved the look she had going on. Glitter, disco, bright colors, and more disco made this time super fun for me. It was also the first tour I got to go to where I didn't have nosebleed seats.
I can't say that the actually styling for the tour was so great but the promo show hair, as well as styling for the album artwork was muy bueno!!! Here is my recreation of the 2005/2006 confessions look. hair feathered back, pink shadows and lots of shimmer powder all over me. I had lots of messy makeup fun today. LOL
